Delvin arrived quickly on a Sunday for water fsu ets that needed to be replaced. He was timely and professional and I was happy with his work. I will be calling on their services again!

We had a plumbing problem on Saturday afternoon and called Mr Plumber. They said they would have someone here by 7pm and they did. He fixed our toilet and showed me leaking internal part that I asked him replace. The part was replaced and the toilet is as good as new. They were neat and clean and I would highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing problems that are needed.

The plumbing is 68 years old and was in terrible shape, but Rich and Omar did a great job extending its life by another 10+ years. They’re both very approachable and answered all of my questions with an outstanding attitude. Thank you for the good work!

Im glad I called, August was amazing and very friendly , Since customer service was impeccable. Customer Service over the phone was amazing as well. Pricing for been a company was fair and they will give you a quote before anything. Definitely will use them again.

We had a plumbing emergency (sinks in kitchen clogged and overflowing!) and they were at our house in 30 min and they figured out the problem quickly! We were VERY please with both employees that came and we highly recommend this company!

Nelson arrived on time and was extremely nice and informative. He explained the job and pricing. Nelson has been plumbing for 14 years and knows his job well. Rich, the owner also very helpful and professional. I would use them again and highly recommend them for all plumbing needs.

OMG…..thank you so much! The pipe broke under our sink on a Saturday afternoon and the service was fast and efficient. Nelson was great! He explained everything and completed the work. We own an apartment complex with four units. We had a guest leave at 11:00 am and a new guest arriving at three. The previous guest plugged the toilet with an object, and a plunger wouldn’t work. We called Mr. Rooter, and they came out within an hour or so and removed the clog. They quoted me a fair price, and they stood by it. My new guest was able to check in like nothing ever happened. We will keep Mr. Rooter on our favorites list for the next time we have a plumbing issue. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter!

When your toilet is blocked and messy the last thing you need is to wait a day or two for help. I called Mr Rooter at 2:30 and my toilet was fixed by 5:30 the same day. Friendly, reliable, clean and prompt. I received 3 calls letting me know exact arrival time. Best plumbing help I’ve had. 10 on a scale of 10 and 5 stars.

Mr. Rooter sent an absolutely terrific employee to fix my pipes. His name was Keilian Clark. He worked hard and was extremely diligent. He was totally professional. If I ever need more plumbing work completed I will use Mr. Rooter.

I didn’t know what to expect when I called Mr. Rooter plumbing. I had a clogged main line And needed help. I called and the first person I talked to was extraordinarily kind and accommodating. They gave me a time When my plumber would arrive, and explain to me the cost of coming out. I hung up and about an hour later got a call, saying my plumber could arrive earlier than anticipated. Michael Cruz arrived at my home and was professional and kind. My daughter, who is 6 wanted to watch him scope out the sewer line, and he took the time to explain as he worked on clearing the line. Mr. Micheal, as my daughter called him, Unclogged the drain And went on To explain to me exactly the causes and how to prevent it in the future. The price is fair and the service was excellent. I’ve kept their card and will be calling for any plumbing services I have in the future.

Rich was extremely knowledgeable and considerate of my home and property. He took the time to explain the scope of work and details with me about the job. Extremely professional. I was very discouraged from calling around and looking for a plumbing company to detect a leak and came across this company. Spoke with the manager who was very nice and kind I explain my issue and they sent technician Nelson who was awesome and great. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly where to go, he explained to me and showed me the problem and had it resolved quickly. I must say I was and am impressed and very grateful because they were honest with me and got the job done in the same day. Now I can rest assure knowing the job was done correctly.
